I can't express how pleased I am with this purchase. I've noticed that if I skip a day of using it, the next day I feel a significant amount of discomfort. It's become an essential part of my routine. The only downside, which is not the company's fault, is that I find myself wanting to use it for everything—whether it's sleeping, relaxing, or watching TV. I definitely recommend giving it a try
